Tamera Fall
founded Fall Communications Inc. in March 1997, when she clearly
saw the void of communication and marketing companies with knowledge
and expertise in workforce development issues. A deep believer in
the role that the workforce community plays in linking unemployed
and underemployed job seekers with jobs, she saw a natural "fit"
between her communications and technology expertise and workforce
professionals seeking to market and deliver their services.
Under Tamera's
leadership and thoughtful guidance, her vision of a "new season
in communications" has grown into a well-rounded, full-service
marketing, communications and web site services company with offices
on both the East and West Coasts. With a diverse customer base,
Fall Communications' customers have come to rely on the expertise
of staff partnering with them to implement highly creative and substantive
marketing, communications and web site development/management strategies.
Prior to starting
Fall Communications, Tamera Fall served as Public Information Officer
and Special Assistant to the Kansas Deputy Secretary of Administration.
She also worked on Capitol Hill as a Press Secretary to Congressman
Pat Roberts (now a U.S. Senator), and as the Congressional Relations
Director for the American Cotton Shippers Association, where she
was responsible for monitoring legislation and educating members
of Congress and their staffs about the cotton industry.
An energetic
leader, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations
for Fall Communications' family of clients, her values of hard work,
dedication to detail, and providing quality services at an affordable
price, set the standard (and the pace) for every department and
employee of Fall Communications.
