When U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao needed to visually depict the workforce investment system in the aftermath of September 11th, Fall Communications developed a poster that illustrated the three tiers of service (core, intensive, and training) available through the One-Stop Career Centers. The Secretary used the poster to brief President Bush and, later, the White House press corps during a news conference on the White House lawn.
